The intervening period since the COVID crisis has been a challenge for service disabled veterans and our organization. We now have a new federal administration with President Donald trump and Secretary Pete Hegseth. Our organization has the opportunity for a fresh beginning with these leaders. We are seeking new members, contributors, and organizational leadership to serve service disabled veteran owned businesses.
Please join us and contribute to our efforts. Please consider joining the organization’s leadership team by becoming a member of our Board of Directors. The Board of directors will be planning events for this fall and organizing our membership’s annual meeting.

The Annual Meeting of The Elite Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Network will be scheduled for this Fall. Participation will be both in person and virtual. Balloting and voting will be electronic by eligible members. Members may be asked to consider Bylaws amendments and changes to the membership fee structure, and other matters.
Any Elite Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Network member may be nominated for election to the Board of Directors. There is no particular skill set, education, or experience that is required. You may nominate yourself and you do not need a second. The absolute main qualification isthat you must be a paid-up member of the Elite ServiceDisabled Veteran Owned Business Network. The dues are sixty dollars ($60.00) and must be paid by 11:59 PM PDT Tuesday, APRIL 15th . Place your name in nomination by completing the online form between now and 11:59 PM PDT Tuesday, April 15th.
Elections are for all seats on the Elite Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Network Board of Directors. The Number of Directors shall be nine (9) to eleven (11) Directors. The Board of Directors may function and continue to act, without calling a special election, with six (6) Directors. The timing for calling any special election shall occur based on the best interests of the corporation and the amount of time left until the regular elections. The term of Directors shall be staggered, beginning with the 2025 special election. The next candidates, up to five (5) shall have a term ending in November 2025. Ties in balloting shall be determined by a short straw draw or other random method. If the tie is during a special election, then the candidate that lost the draw shall be part of the pool of candidatesfor nextseries of vacancies, until eleven (11) directors are elected. Balloting will occur electronically after 11:59 PM PDT, April 15th.
